• Translate strategic priorities into integrated project plans, workstreams, milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, clarify ownership and timing, manage sprints, pilots, and
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, gaps, bottlenecks, and interdependencies, anticipate
• Operate independently in a fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environment while balancing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
• Robust knowledge and practical experience in project management in the healthcare and/or the
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver results for complex and cross-functional projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design, structure, and lead projects
• Effective interpersonal relationship building and influencing skills
