Act as primary point of contact for clients
Translate client requirements into project scopes, delivery plans, success criteria, and solutions

Identify risks/issues early and drive solutions
Track delivery metrics (quality, timelines, budgets, profitability)

🎯 Requirements

3-6+ years managing complex client projects/programmes in AI/ML, human data, data services or
Solid understanding of AI technologies and AI/ML development lifecycle (data collection
Strong client-facing and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to turn complex/ambiguous requirements into executable plans
Hands-on delivery and problem-solving approach
Analytical and commercial judgement managing KPIs, budgets, profitability, quality, delivery
