📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex AI projects, from understanding client objectives and
• Act as the primary client contact throughout engagements, building trusted relationships and
• Translate complex or evolving client requirements into practical project scopes, delivery plans
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to coordinate resources
• Stay actively involved in project execution, identifying risks and issues early and driving
• Track key delivery metrics, including quality, timelines, budgets, profitability, and overall

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience managing complex client projects or programmes, ideally within AI/ML
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and the AI/ML development lifecycle, with familiarity in
• Demonstrated client-facing experience, with the ability to build trusted relationships and
• Proven ability to turn complex or ambiguous requirements into structured plans, clear priorities
• Hands-on approach to project delivery and problem-solving, with the confidence to investigate
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement, including experience managing project KPIs, budgets
