Strategic Site Partner

📋 Description

• Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies for assigned strategic sites.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with site leadership, principal investigators and clinical
• Act as the central point of contact between assigned sites and AbbVie, ensuring site perspectives
• Partner with sites and internal stakeholders to identify and address barriers to clinical trial
• Review site performance, capacity, quality indicators and relevant KPIs; collaborate with sites on
• Share upcoming portfolio and study forecasts to support site resource planning, study feasibility

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in a healthcare, scientific or related discipline preferred.
• Significant clinical research experience, typically including 10+ years in clinical development
• Experience in strategic relationship management with investigative sites, institutions or other
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, including drug development
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategy, manage complex priorities and drive operational
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to work
