🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement across indirect spend.
• Breadth across professional services, BPO, staffing, or deep in a category.
• Strong analytical and influencing skills; assess portfolio opportunities.
• Experience building processes, playbooks, or ways of working from scratch.
• Proven track record of high-value negotiations and supplier leverage.
• Able to operate strategically and execute; partner with stakeholders; comfortable with ambiguity.
