🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years paid digital experience in-house or top-tier agency.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and ad tech.
• Curious, proactive experimentation and problem-solving mindset.
• Proven paid social strategy across Meta, YouTube, TikTok.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple work streams.
