Strategy and Analytics Sr Associate - Card Product

📋 Description

• Analyze card performance, customer behavior, transaction trends, and unit economics to identify
• Develop and measure A/B tests across product changes, marketing campaigns, rewards programs, and
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools such as Sigma, Retool, or similar BI tools to
• Define and track core card KPIs including activation, spend, retention, interchange revenue
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to translate business
• Build financial models and business cases for new card features, rewards programs, merchant

🎯 Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, strategy consulting
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience solving complex, ambiguous business
• Experience building financial models, business cases, forecasting models, or investment-style
• Strong understanding of unit economics, business KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks
• Experience working with large datasets and BI tools such as Sigma, Retool, Tableau, Looker, or
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to build detailed, structured quantitative models
