📋 Description

• Partner directly with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical leadership to assess
• Lead and support client engagements across ambulatory, medical group, and ASC environments

🎯 Requirements

• Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA)
• At least 5 years of direct patient care experience in an ambulatory, medical group, or ASC
• At least 5 years of experience at the Director level or above within an ambulatory, medical group
• Demonstrated success driving provider productivity improvements, clinical workflow optimization
• Experience leading or supporting margin improvement initiatives, with the ability to connect
• Strong understanding of multispecialty and ambulatory operations, care delivery models, provider

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range of $125,000–$205,000 annually.
• Eligibility for an annual performance bonus may be available for salaried positions.
