📋 Description

• Work directly with co-CEOs to turn strategic priorities into actionable plans.
• Structure initiatives, assign owners, milestones and success measures.
• Chase detail and facilitate delivery of expected outcomes across the business.
• Engage with executive team to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Provide analysis on markets, competitors, clients and internal performance to inform strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Two to four years in business management, project management, strategy, or chief of staff roles.
• Strong academic record; relevant degree or qualification welcome but not essential.
• Structured problem solving with data-driven conclusions.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and executive/deck-building skills.
• Excellent written English; experience drafting for executives/Board.
• Project management discipline with clear ownership and follow-up.
