Strategy Associate

📋 Description

• Assess markets we might enter: sizing, competitor and regulatory landscape, entry model options
• Assess companies we might invest in, partner with or acquire: meet with them, undertake desk
• Coordinate and input to deal execution, including due diligence work streams across finance, legal
• Support post-acquisition integration, tracking milestones and keeping the work moving across teams
• Help define the new strategic bets we take, from new routes to market to the rollout of our new
• Build business cases and track progress against OKRs

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years at a leading strategy consultancy, ideally with exposure to growth, market entry or
• Backgrounds in venture capital, private equity, investment banking or high-growth operating roles
• Very AI literate. You use AI tools across all of your work, not just a chatbot.
• A scrappy, entrepreneurial approach – you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats and solving problems
• Highly commercial, strategic and a rigorous analyst. Your work informs decisions that shape the
• Exceptionally organised. You never drop a ball, and people trust you to track everything
