• Build and champion trusted, consultative relationships with mid-level operational and business
• Collaborate with Strategy Directors to architect and execute account growth plans, ensuring
• Lead high-impact product masterclasses, strategic onboarding, and ongoing enablement sessions that
• Leverage adoption metrics and quantitative reporting to analyze user behavior, diagnose drop-off
• Serve as the strategic conduit between client end-users and internal Product Management teams
• Develop scalable best practices and playbooks for onboarding and continued education

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in consulting, professional services, customer success or
• Demonstrated interest or experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Commercial Strategy, or Medical
• Strong executive presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex software capabilities simply
• Comfortable working with data sets, creating executive-level reports, and translating raw metrics
• Natural relationship builder who excels at navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
• Exceptional organizational agility with the ability to manage competing priorities across
