• Shape 3–10-year strategic vision for Gnosis BU, aligning with corporate strategy.
• Bridge strategy and execution with cross-functional leaders (R&D, marketing, regulatory).
• Define and implement a world-class health category excellence framework.
• Run deep-dive market, competitive, and industry analyses to identify opportunities.
• Design decision-making frameworks (prioritization, scenario planning, KPIs) for BU.
• Oversee transformation initiatives, allocate resources, and track performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in business/marketing/healthcare; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in consumer health, B2B/B2C category management, or strategic planning.
• Expertise in nutraceuticals/health & wellness industry with market understanding.
• Strategic analytical skills using SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, financial modelling.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Executive presence, cross-functional leadership, change management experience.
