• Lead customer implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Be the face of Gigs to customers; primary contact across stages.
• Dig into data; track activation funnels; root-cause analyses; actionable outputs.
• Take field insights back to Product and Engineering; explain issues clearly.
• Build AI into workflows; automate recurring tasks and analysis.
• Know the platform end-to-end: provisioning, billing, tooling, connectivity.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a demanding operational environment (strategy/ops, bizops, consulting).
• You are self-driven and relentlessly proactive.
• AI is part of your working stack; you use AI daily for analysis and automation.
• Read data and SQL; translate findings into business decisions; communicate clearly.
• Technically curious; read API docs and understand systems enough to discuss with engineers.
• Credible with customers; can run executive meetings and manage post-launch relationships.
