🎯 Requirements

8-10 years of progressive experience in startup operations, fintech, or financial institutions
Crypto experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to operate independently
Track record of managing complex projects across multiple geographies and stakeholders
Experience working with external partners and regulators
Strong analytical skills
