Strategy & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own strategic initiatives end-to-end, from opportunity identification and business case development
• Define initiative goals, success metrics, expected business impact, and decision frameworks to
• Develop execution plans with clear milestones, dependencies, risks, and accountability across
• Partner closely with stakeholders across GTM, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Finance to
• Monitor initiative performance using data and operational metrics, identify opportunities for
• Establish scalable processes and operating mechanisms that improve cross-functional coordination

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience across high-growth startups (preferably at the intersection of technology
• Demonstrated experience owning and driving complex cross-functional initiatives as the Directly
• Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Python, Excel, or similar tools to support
• Experience in Strategy Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, or other
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• MBA is a plus.
