Strategy & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Drive financial planning and forecasting for RevenueCat.
• Lead strategic analyses: pricing, GTM ROI, launches.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering across teams.
• Own operational backbone of our embedded finance platform.
• Exposure to Corporate Development and investor reporting.
• Work in a remote-first, globally distributed team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 yrs exp; 2-3 yrs in high-growth SaaS; IB/PE/consulting base.
• Strong financial modeling; forecasting revenue, expenses, cash flow
• Data-driven; Excel/Sheets, SQL; BI tools like Looker
• Experience with AI tools and applying them to workflows
• Translate open-ended questions into structured analyses
• Cross-functional partner with Sales, Product, Eng; bring POV
