Strategy & Operations Manager, EMEA Growth & Engagement

📋 Description

• Lead growth and engagement for Wolt+ and Deliveroo Plus across 40+ markets in Europe and the Middle
• Identify and prioritise opportunities to improve member experience and subscription health.
• Drive initiatives from strategy through experimentation to measurable business results.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Marketing, Commercial and
• Own experimentation roadmap; design tests and analyse results to decide scaling or iteration.
• Track KPIs and translate insights into actionable product and lifecycle improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategy & operations, consumer growth/engagement, subscriptions, or related
• Strong problem-solving, prioritisation and analytical skills; comfortable with ambiguous problems.
• Experience with analytics and experimentation; strong spreadsheet skills; SQL experience is useful.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle and how to improve onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and drive cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools and applying them to business problems is a plus.
