Strategy & Operations Manager - Finance

📋 Description

• Own core finance operations end to end, including advisor payouts, invoicing and collections, and
• Automate manual, spreadsheet-driven steps with AI-powered workflows and tools
• Be the point person for advisor and internal questions, resolving issues at the root
• Help build the function and shape the role and team
• Support strategic projects such as pricing and economics for advisor deals, vendor evaluations, and

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in investment banking, consulting, or a strategy, ops, or finance role at a
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (lookups, nested logic, pivot tables)
• Exceptional attention to detail and low tolerance for unexplained variances
• Comfort chasing information across an organization
• Strong written communication
• AI-native: use LLMs and agents to build workflows and tools
