Strategy & Operations Manager, Subscription Value Prop & New Benefits

📋 Description

• Own the strategy and roadmap for new benefits within Subscription - build the analysis, the
• Cross-functional delivery - partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and
• Build and prioritise the benefit pipeline - evaluate a stream of ideas, size their potential impact
• Track ongoing performance - maintain visibility into each live benefit's impact on acquisition
• Scale what works - take benefits from small pilots to steady-state features, defining the operating
• Bring outside-in perspective - track what Uber One, DashPass, Wolt+, Just Eat and Amazon Prime are

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy & operations, strategy consulting, or business operations -
• Commercial acumen: strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and subscriber value; comfortable
• Analytical rigor: comfortable interpreting data and experiment results to make a clear business
• Bias for action and ownership: able to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems, and to
• Cross-functional influence: track record of aligning senior stakeholders and diverse functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication - able to distill complex trade-offs into a clear
