📋 Description

• Own the intake of all work requests into the studio via workload Asana equivalent.
• Manage volume and prioritisation of work across the design and edit team, balancing capacity
• Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders - chasing requirements, managing

• Track delivery against deadlines and flag capacity risk early, particularly around peak periods and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a production, traffic, or studio management role coordinating a multi-person creative
• Comfortable owning a project management tool (Asana or equivalent) as the single source of truth
• Strong stakeholder management
