📋 Description

Manage day-to-day studio operations and team.
Oversee projects for the Interior Architecture & Design group.
Manage financial tools, reports, and ensure proposals/contracts in place.
Review project budgets before contract executions.
Lead business development and client relationships; attend BD events.
Foster a positive, team-oriented environment; support recruiting.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in interior design; 2+ years as PM or Senior PM.
Leadership experience preferred.
Retail interior design project experience; client relationships.
Business development experience and strong local network preferred.
NCIDQ or RID registration strongly preferred; Bachelor's in Interior Design/Architecture.
CAD and Revit knowledge.
