Lead in-studio production with Talent Producers, Control Room, and Studio Ops.
Lead pre-production meetings with Control Room, PAs, and Studio Ops.
Ensure instructors are briefed, supported, and informed pre/during/after shoots.
Act as lead editorial decision maker for live and CTC classes.
Contribute to editorial meetings using feedback from live production.
Drive strategic production initiatives, incl. new content verticals.

🎯 Requirements

Master’s degree in Media Management/Communications/Media Studies or related.
1 year of experience in production or related field.
Oversee content integrity from live recording to publish.
Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro CC for edits.
Proficient with Final Cut Pro for audio/video editing.
Experience identifying high-energy moments for marketing use.
