Subsystem Test Engineering Intern - Spring/Summer 2027

📋 Description

• Support the design, development, manufacturing, implementation, and maintenance of test assets
• Design test fixtures, tooling, adapters, interfaces, panels, and other hardware used in test setups.
• Assist in developing test plans, procedures, and protocols for vehicle subsystems and components.
• Perform engineering analysis to help determine target test points, instrumentation requirements
• Support test design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and
• Create CAD models, drawings, and manufacturing plans for test components, fixtures, and flight-like

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience designing, building, and testing vehicles through internships, studies or
• Must be currently enrolled in a STEM program at an accredited college or university (undergraduate
• Strong interest in testing.
• Strong understanding of engineering first principles.
• Demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiasm for aviation and Hermeus's mission.
