Summer 2027: Customer Experience Intern

📋 Description

• Support customer and user research initiatives by gathering, organizing, and synthesizing feedback
• Help identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities to improve the user experience
• Partner with cross-functional teams to document customer insights and inform product and service
• Assist with user testing, surveys, interviews, and other Voice of the Customer activities
• Contribute to customer-facing documentation, support resources, journey maps, presentations, and
• Track and organize customer feedback to help teams identify recurring themes and prioritize

🎯 Requirements

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program, returning to school in Fall 2027
• Full-time availability to participate from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize information, identify themes, and communicate insights clearly
• Knowledge of and interest in the K–12 education technology field
• Experience with customer research, user interviews, surveys, usability testing, customer support
