📋 Description

• Provide direction and support to Community Managers and onsite teams to ensure high-quality
• Conduct regular property visits to assess operations, curb appeal, safety practices, and resident
• Ensure policies, procedures, Fair Housing practices, ADA accessibility, and safety programs are
• Support resolution of escalated resident concerns or operational challenges when needed.
• Review and evaluate monthly financial statements, occupancy trends, rent collections, and operating
• Assist with preparation, approval, and management of annual budgets for each property.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of multifamily property management experience, including supervisory
• Valid California Department of Real Estate (DRE) license in good standing.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, California landlord/tenant laws, and multifamily operations.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with affordable/tax-credit or mixed-income communities (if applicable to assigned
