Coordinate, schedule, and manage all subcontractors and vendors.
Expedite subcontractors daily and weekly.
Identify and resolve construction-related issues as they develop.
Supervise self-perform work; develop methods to improve efficiency.
Oversee material receiving; inspect quantity/quality; ensure tickets are signed and filed.
Maintain accurate timekeeping and cost control; support reporting and schedules.

🎯 Requirements

Experience with NYC public agencies is strongly preferred.
Minimum 8 years work experience as a technical specialist in construction.
Proven experience interpreting contract documents (specifications, drawings, submittals).
Experience in new and modernization type construction.
Valid driver's license.
