📋 Description

• Supervise the assembly and installation of mechanical Balance of Plant (BOPm) systems at
• Collaborate with site and construction managers to plan the sequence of field activities and ensure
• Monitor the technical competence and performance of third-party contractors, ensuring execution
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable safety standards, company procedures, and local

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electrotechnical studies, or a related
• Previous experience supervising BOPm assembly activities in hydroelectric power plants.
• Solid understanding of mechanical Balance of Plant systems and field assembly/installation
• Experience supervising contractors and ensuring compliance with technical procedures, quality, and
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Experience identifying non-conformities and collaborating with engineering teams.
