📋 Description

• Supervise the assembly and installation of Kaplan and Francis turbines at hydroelectric power
• Collaborate with site and construction managers to plan the sequence of activities and ensure the
• Monitor the capabilities and performance of third-party contractors, ensuring that work is executed
• Ensure all field activities comply with applicable safety standards, company procedures, and local
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date control of technical drawings, documentation, and project records.
• Identify and document non-conformities through NCRs and coordinate appropriate technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical, Electrotechnical
• Previous professional experience supervising turbine assembly activities in hydroelectric power
• Strong understanding of turbine assembly, installation procedures, technical documentation, and
• Experience coordinating third-party teams and monitoring compliance with technical and quality
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, identify non-conformities, and collaborate with
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining safe working conditions in project
