Supervisor, Automation Technicians (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Supervise equipment maintenance to support Axon manufacturing operations
• Communicate relevant equipment status to associated manufacturing line leads and supervisors
• Aid to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, determine corrective actions and communicate with
• Manage and complete work orders in Axon's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Determine equipment spare parts needs within Axon's CMMS to aid inventory accuracy and prevent
• Participate in process reviews for products as required

🎯 Requirements

• A GED or an Associate Degree in a related field
• Strong automation, mechanical and pneumatic knowledge and aptitude
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in technical manufacturing working with complex
• Experience working with automated assembly equipment is preferred
• Experience working with high volume automated systems is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings
