Supervisor, Equipment Maintenance (Starship) - Night Shift

📋 Description

• Work with maintenance manager to perform full spectrum analysis on asset reliability improvement
• Lead a team of technicians through daily repairs, preventative maintenance actions, complex
• Manage weekly workload distribution and technician task assignments
• Triage of incoming maintenance requests from internal customers, and effectively resource manage
• Work with third-party vendors for parts acquisition, asset documentation standards, training, and
• Act as a subject matter expert in equipment maintenance troubleshooting, mechatronics, project

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years of experience leading a team, including leading projects and people
• 5+ years of technical experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical repair
• Associate degree in a technical discipline 5+ years of experience as a maintenance technician or
• Experience installing, aligning and commissioning automated production cells in aerospace
• Experience accessing and modifying Siemens control logic or similar PLC architectures
