Lead and mentor fabricators, welders, and assembly technicians with daily direction and coaching
Set priorities to meet evolving program schedules and ensure hardware delivered on-time and in-spec
Help establish process standards and hold the technician team to ensure quality
Communicate daily/weekly progress to upper management and address blockers with proposed solutions
1st shift: 5AM – 3:30PM PT, Monday through Friday

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certification
5+ years aerospace manufacturing experience or related field with at least 2+ years as a people leader
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Experience with welding processes including GTAW and OTW; Lean Manufacturing Principles
Self-Starter with eagerness to learn and excel
