Supervisor, Food Service Maintenance

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure all food service
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of assigned buildings, addressing plumbing leaks
• Supervise and coordinate the repair and servicing of equipment, including electrical, HVAC
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules to increase the lifespan of equipment and
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including after-hours and weekend call-backs as needed.
• Repair commercial kitchen equipment as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related
• Solid understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, refrigeration, and general carpentry.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and cost-effective solutions preferred.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to building maintenance and safety.
• Ability to lift or move heavy objects up to 80 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet.
