Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laboratory group, including Raw Materials, Finished
Identifying aspects of tests or results warranting further attention and implementing corrective
Reviewing and approving data related to analytical product release.
Supporting laboratory investigations, including out-of-specification test results.
Communicating and presenting QC Metrics, and leading Tier meetings.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Scientific field (Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biology)
2+ years of QC Lab experience
Thorough scientific knowledge and technical expertise in chemistry, technical writing
General knowledge in cGMPs, compendia, and regulations
Effective problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, influence, negotiation, and conflict
Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate work within and between departments
