Supervisor, Integration Subassemblies, First Shift

📋 Description

• Lead up to 25 production technicians and shift leads.
• Own process development, fabrication strategy, and production equipment for Terran R.
• Build optimized production lines via floor layouts and tooling.
• Work cross-functionally with vehicle engineering to influence rocket design.
• Translate engineering requirements into efficient, repeatable production cells.
• Schedule and prioritize work; enforce attendance, safety, and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in production.
• Experience managing large teams in a high-paced environment.
• Experience with integration processes and sub-assembly lines.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and mentoring teams.
• Comfort enforcing policies and performance management.
• Capable of building work cells and floor layouts.
• Nice to have: Power BI, Smartsheets, LN.
