Schedule and prioritize work; enforce attendance, safety, and quality.
Serve as second-line technical support; drive root-cause resolution with partners.
Oversee equipment, tooling, and 6S compliance across the work center.
Develop work cells and floor layouts based on capacity planning.
Build a high-performance, cross-functional team culture.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years leadership in production/supervisory roles
Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced setting
Experience with integration processes or sub-assembly lines
Strong interpersonal and cross-functional leadership skills
Ability to enforce policies; corrective actions and performance mgmt
Comfort collaborating with engineering and other teams
