Supervisor, Laser Specialists

📋 Description

• Lead, supervise, and develop a growing team of highly skilled laser tracker technicians, providing
• Own the strategic planning and day-to-day execution of laser tracking and dimensional inspection
• Serve as the subject matter expert on laser tracking, Verisurf software, and dimensional inspection
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Manufacturing, Engineering, Design
• Manage and supervise preventative maintenance (PM), calibration, and certification for laser
• Own team operations, including license distribution (e.g., Verisurf), tracker scheduling, remote

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 10+ years of experience in toolmaking, laser tracking, or aerospace manufacturing, including 3+
• Advanced proficiency in Verisurf inspection software, including model manipulation, feature
• Deep experience with Leica, Faro, and API laser trackers, as well as supporting hardware like arms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach
