Supervisor, Launch Operations Technicians

📋 Description

• Lead daily vehicle integration across structures, fluids, avionics, stages, and payloads.
• Oversee system checkouts, rework, and anomaly resolution for safe, accurate work.
• Coordinate technician assignments, establish priorities, and remove barriers to schedules.
• Apply vehicle architecture knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain configuration integrity.
• Partner with Integration & Test Engineering, Launch Ops, Quality, and Manufacturing to execute launch operations.
• Coach technicians through hands-on leadership and feedback; promote safety and mission success.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on aerospace/launch ops or related technical field.
• 2+ years leading technicians or supervising technical personnel.
• Experience integrating, testing, troubleshooting complex mechanical/electrical/avionics systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specs, procedures, and schematics.
• Experience with safety practices (lockout/tagout, confined spaces, lifting, etc.).
• Ability to obtain required security clearances for Cape Canaveral work.
