Manage hourly workforce, assess performance, provide feedback and resolve conflicts
Ensure safe work environment with goal of zero OSHA recordable annually
Manage incoming acceptance, storing and issuing of parts into inventory
Lead cost-saving opportunities and identify internal/external cost reductions
Supervise local shipping and receiving, coordinate local and point-to-point movements
Monitor and grow workforce, ensure team members challenged and performing to standards

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years professional experience in materials management, supply chain, or
1+ years of leadership experience leading teams, projects, or people
Preferred: Bachelor's in supply chain, business, science, engineering or similar
Preferred: APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
Preferred: Lean/6-Sigma experience (green/black Belt)
Preferred: Computer skills - Microsoft Office, SQL and Power BI
