🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of management/supervisory experience in a metrics-driven environment
• Minimum 5 years as individual contributor in retail, specialty pharmacy, healthcare, PBM
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related
• Demonstrated experience coaching employee performance and partnering with HR
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software
