📋 Description

• Supervise the processing of referrals and authorizations, monitoring team activities to ensure work
• Serve as a resource for associates by coordinating referral and authorization activities, answering
• Prioritize and distribute caseloads among team members to optimize available resources, maintain
• Implement contingency operations and adjust team priorities as needed to maintain performance
• Research and resolve complex issues related to referrals and authorizations, identifying
• Facilitate required training for non-clinical associates and provide ongoing coaching to strengthen

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of supervisory, management, or Team Lead experience, with demonstrated ability to
• At least 5 years of experience in referral and authorization management, with strong knowledge of
• Previous or current TRICARE experience is required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to the requirements of the applicable Department of Defense contract.
• Must be able to successfully receive interim approval for a government security clearance through
