Supervisor, Warehouse/Services Supply Chain

📋 Description

• Supervise daily picking, staging, packing, shipping, and material-handling activities.
• Coordinate warehouse schedules, staffing assignments, workload balancing, and shift coverage.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees.
• Assign daily work and communicate priorities, expectations, performance standards, and safety
• Monitor service levels and resolve operational issues that may affect production, customers, or
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable work environment and culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field; equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory management, manufacturing supply
• Experience supervising or leading employees in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience using warehouse management systems, enterprise resource planning systems, or
• Working knowledge of material handling, shipping and receiving, and warehouse safety.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, or other highly regulated industries
