Supplier & Field Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Run supplier audits and turn findings into clear, practical actions
• Partner closely with frame and fork suppliers to resolve quality issues, especially paint-related
• Manage and investigate claims, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions
• Work day-to-day with global quality partners across Asia to track progress and close open issues
• Spend time on-site with suppliers and production to see problems firsthand and improve outcomes
• Share weekly updates on quality performance and open actions with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or manufacturing
• Understanding of carbon fiber layup, curing, NDT methods
• Knowledge of metal forming, CNC machining, welding, heat treatment
• Familiarity with wheel building, brake systems, suspension components
• Ability to read technical drawings (GD&T)
• MSA, SPC, Gage R&R
