Supply Chain Lead

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end supply chain for Auterion products, including supply planning, production
• Lead, develop, and grow the supply chain team, setting clear priorities, accountability, and ways
• Drive day-to-day execution and supply availability, ensuring materials, production requirements
• Act as the primary point of escalation for supply disruptions, shortages, production constraints
• Partner with Procurement, suppliers, and logistics partners to improve delivery performance, lead
• Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes, systems, data, and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, planning, operations, or a related
• Demonstrated experience owning and improving end-to-end supply chain processes
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing people
• Strong understanding of supply planning, procurement, inventory, production planning, logistics
• Proven ability to manage risks, disruptions, shortages, and escalations in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
