📋 Description

• Own and optimize Minted's DTC parcel network across carriers, service levels, fulfillment
• Manage carrier performance, relationships, and contracts, including rate and contract negotiations
• Analyze shipping costs, service levels, surcharges, routing, and package characteristics to improve
• Partner with fulfillment and technology teams to optimize carrier selection, shipping-service

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations, with meaningful
• Deep knowledge of the U.S. parcel ecosystem, including national and regional carriers, service
• Experience managing carrier contracts, transportation pricing, and commercial negotiations.
• Hands-on experience with international freight, including ocean and air transportation, freight
• Experience planning carrier capacity and transportation operations for high-volume seasonal or Peak
• Experience with multi-node fulfillment, 3PL, and wholesale or retail distribution environments.
