📋 Description

• Lead supplier development and recovery activities to improve delivery, quality and operational
• Develop and drive continuous improvement and supplier recovery plans.
• Work directly with strategic suppliers and their sub-tier supply chains to resolve performance
• Identify production bottlenecks, capacity constraints and process inefficiencies.
• Conduct industrial maturity, capability and capacity assessments to evaluate supplier readiness.
• Drive improvement initiatives using Lean, APQP and Six Sigma methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
• Mandatory experience within aerospace manufacturing.
• Proven experience in supplier development, supplier recovery or performance improvement.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial operations.
• Experience identifying and resolving production bottlenecks and capacity constraints.
• Experience conducting supplier capacity, capability or industrial maturity assessments.
