Supply Planning Analyst

📋 Description

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Supply Planning processes
• Develop and maintain rough-cut capacity planning and network capacity analyses at value stream
• Analyze manufacturing value streams and production flows based on changing demand characteristics
• Support production planning and scheduling by analyzing production requirements, inventory
• Participate in recurring production and supply planning reviews, highlighting risks, deviations
• Develop, maintain, and analyze supply chain dashboards and KPIs, including schedule adherence and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or another analytical
• 2–5+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Operational Finance, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Demand Planning and/or Supply Planning.
• Experience working with best-in-class ERP/MRP systems, including system usage, calibration, and
• Strong proficiency with analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Ability to analyze complex numerical information and communicate findings clearly to different
