📋 Description

• Executive lead for our commerce & retail practice in NA, defining overarching commerce strategy
• Scale modern retail capabilities and build unified solutions that connect media performance to
• Lead enterprise consulting for senior client stakeholders on commerce maturity journeys
• Oversee core commerce infrastructure and partnerships with major networks (Amazon, Walmart, Target
• Drive multi-million dollar investments across marketplaces and DTC transformations
• Expand the creator commerce footprint by unifying social, creator networks, and affiliate marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership in digital commerce, retail media, performance marketing, or eCommerce
• Proven track record leading large, multidisciplinary teams across retail media, media buying
• Experience with Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and partnerships with major platforms (Amazon, Walmart
• Expertise in integrating paid media with owned channels (CRM, loyalty, subscriptions), analytics
• Experience scaling brands in consumer products verticals (CPG, beauty, wellness, food &
• Strong ability to present complex business strategies to C-suite and partner-level audiences
