• Convene Hospitality Group is expanding globally and seeking a senior leader to oversee the physical
• Role focuses on development, transforming site identification into high ROI assets through
• Reports to the Chief Growth Officer and leads a distributed team across Real Estate, Finance

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in real estate development/construction leadership with multi-unit hospitality or premium
• Strong foundation in engineering or architecture; deep knowledge of structural, MEP, and site
• Practical experience with Agile or Scrum project management in construction.
• Expert budget management; treat capex with the same rigor as P&L.
• Ability to communicate complex technical/financial issues to non-technical stakeholders and
• Proven ability to drive results in a matrixed corporate structure.
