📋 Description

• Own and execute the Core Banking product roadmap, defining the vision for a modern, configurable
• Lead and develop Builders across the Core Banking domain, including hiring, performance management
• Serve as the authoritative core banking subject matter expert, guiding teams on account
• Guide product and technical decisions around deposit configuration, loan servicing, payment
• Model and promote AI-first product development practices by using AI tools for specification
• Coordinate across Digital Banking, Payments, Origination, Architecture, UX, QA, Security, Cloud

🎯 Requirements

• You have significant technical product management leadership experience, along with professional
• You bring 8+ years of experience in product, engineering, or technical leadership roles involving
• You have expert-level understanding of ledger structures, posting models, double-entry accounting
• You have experience with loan servicing lifecycles, including payment application, accruals, payoff
• You have experience navigating the trade-offs between configurability, correctness, performance
• You have managed and developed product builders, engineers, or technical product managers and have
