📋 Description

• Own the strategic vision, product roadmap, priorities, and commercial outcomes for the Digital
• Lead multiple product squads covering retail digital banking, commercial banking, digital account
• Hire, develop, coach, and performance-manage Product Builders while establishing high standards for
• Serve as the senior subject matter expert for digital banking, guiding teams through complex
• Design and oversee digital account-opening and onboarding experiences, including identity
• Ensure consistent experiences across mobile, web, branch, and call-center channels while balancing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product, engineering, or technical leadership roles within digital
• Proven senior-level technical product management leadership experience within a product
• Deep expertise in digital banking platforms, including digital account opening, onboarding
• Strong understanding of commercial banking and banking processes; lending experience is highly
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms serving multiple financial institutions and
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance considerations, including Reg E, Reg DD, BSA/AML
